We are a high volume inbound call center looking for someone with experience in the health insurance industry. An individual who can manage multiple agents, coach them, help them grow in the industry, energy MUST be over the top, willingness to learn new skills as a leader, and data-driven.
Requirements:
Active Health Insurance License
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Able to multi-task
Minimum 2 Years of Experience
Tenacious, energetic, passion to help others
Team player
Responsibilities:
Work side by side with company management handling lead management
Work side by side with the company web developer to generate more leads
Assist agents during live calls with customers
Coach agents on a daily/weekly based on performance
Take over calls in order to close the sale
Fully understand the company’s sales process
Abide by industry’s rules and regulations
